This is my third recipe. Now, I'm going to teach you how to do it. Flans are very good. Come on!
INGREDIENTS
1 Liter of milk
150 Ml of coconut milk
125 Grams of grated coconut
6 Eggs
250 Grams of sugar
STEP 1
We prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2
We put in a cooking pot the milk and sugar to heat.
STEP 3
Now we put on the cooking pot the grated coconut.
STEP 4
We add the coconut milk and leave until it begins to boil.
STEP 5
We prepare the molds, first we put the caramel and then the grated coconut.
STEP 6
When the milk and the coconut has boiled, we leave cool and put the eggs mixing well.
STEP 7
We put the mixture into the mould and cook it with bain-marie in the oven. Temperature: 150 degree during fifty five minutes.
STEP 8
We leave cool, unmold and serve.
